Read this as a wholesale market estimate, not a confirmed supplier posting. Toronto rack movements reflect crude input costs, refined-product prices, refining margins, and regional supply. RBOB and ULSD are the direct product-market signals. Brent is shown as an upstream global crude influence and decomposed from the product move into a crude-equivalent component plus a product-versus-crude spread proxy. This avoids adding the same crude movement twice. Forbes tracks WTI and Brent and discusses supply, inventories, demand, the U.S. dollar, geopolitics, and seasonality; those forces reach this estimate through the live futures markets, not as guessed add-on weights. CityNews reports En-Pro’s expected Toronto pump-price move and effective time. It is a valuable same-day direction check, but it is not a rack-price quote, and its report warns that forecasts may be revised during the day. Premium and diesel do not have matching CityNews grade forecasts. A supplier's 4–5pm rack notice remains the definitive value.
